How to Return an Item:
1. Contact Customer Service

Contact Customer Service through our website. Please inform us of the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

2. Review the Return Procedure

We will guide you through the return process. Please follow the instructions and return the item in its original packaging.

3. Schedule your return

Mail the item.

4. Receive a Refund

Items returned under this policy will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be made to your NexVolts wallet or original payment method, depending on your preference.

Return Policy:
● Return Period

Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

● Product Condition

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Used, washed, damaged, or altered items cannot be returned.

● Non-Returnable Items

Items marked "Non-Returnable" and free gifts cannot be returned.

● Personalized Products

Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged. We also cannot accept cancellations for personalized products.

● A formal return request is required.

Items returned without a prior return request may be refused.

● Return Shipping Costs

We do not offer cash-on-delivery (FTC) services. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

● Returns from Certain Regions

For returns from the following regions, please contact customer service within 90 days of your order.
Turkey, Brunei, Cambodia, East Timor, Laos, Macau, Maldives, Myanmar, Sri Lanka, Guam

For returns from other regions, we will process your return within 180 days.
