Processing Time: We process your order within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Method

Partner Shipping Carriers: We use Yamato Transport, Sagawa Express, and Japan Post for reliable delivery.

Shipping Options:

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-9 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1-7 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Free shipping on promotional orders only.

Price: Express shipping will incur an additional 500-900 yen per order.

4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship nationwide in Japan. International shipping is also available.

5. Tracking Your Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and delivery instructions. You can track your delivery in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts
